Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a customer-focused mindset. This position requires a blend of clerical tasks and direct customer support, making it essential for the representative to be adaptable and proactive in addressing client needs.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote products and services.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for managing sales records and client information efficiently.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records of sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure continued satisfaction and explore additional needs.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer support role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks is essential.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required.
  • Experience in a medical office setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
