Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
Duties
- Answer inbound calls, explain our services and benefits, and book estimates.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant product information
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update lead status
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Follow up on leads
- Complete reports and tracking metrics
Requirements
- Detail oriented a must
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is required
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques
- Ability to understand technical aspects of services and products for technical sales
- Proven track record in business development through inbound and outbound calling
- Assist wherever needed
