Position Overview: The Pre-Sales Administrator supports the sales operations of the company by providing timely and accurate quotations, estimates, and order processing. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and be able to quickly learn and use CRM tools to streamline sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and process quotes, estimates, and orders using CRM tools
• Research customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
• Maintain and update all customer information in the CRM to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Analyze data to identify trends and offer sales support to account managers and sales teams
• Provide general sales support to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in a pre-sales or sales administration role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience using CRM tools is preffered
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
