Job Summary:
The Brand Coordinator will support the Marketing and Communication teams and will be responsible for essential Global Marketing elements, including, Summits, Training programs, Creative Briefs, Competitive Reports, Gratis, and the Product Closet. The position will also play a key role in the Communication team in raising overall brand awareness for Tory Burch Beauty, including assistance in planning and executing events, product launches, mailings and partnerships that are aligned with the overall business objectives.

Coordinator will be in constant communication and collaboration within the Global Marketing team and cross-functional teams as well as external partners.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinates information and collation of documents for go to market, training and ecomm presentations. Prepares, maintains, and distributes select marketing documents & reports.
Creates agendas and recaps for Tory meetings.
Manages the Product Closet and all space owned by the Global Tory Burch Beauty team.
Assists with mailing execution, including curating mailing lists, coordinating timelines with influencer team and fulfillment vendor.
Coordinates travel for events and activations, including drafting itineraries, confirming appointments, booking venues, coordinating car service, etc.
Helps forecast for new product launches and lab samples.
Provides administrative support to two department leads including (but not limited to): calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, etc.
Coordinates department needs and information within the global brand holder teams: marketing, social media, communications, education, international development, e-commerce, customer relations, creative and creative ops.
Interacts with transversal teams within Shiseido: sales, operations, finance, human resources, administration, and all other individuals / departments.
Coordinates meeting dates, virtual meeting information and PowerPoint deck preparation for quarterly Town Hall meetings and other major brand-wide presentations.

Qualifications & Competencies:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong technical skills, especially with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, are required.
Professionalism and flexibility to assist and accommodate accordingly.
Intuitive thinking and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiasm and positive, can-do attitude. High sense of business urgency.
Ability to prioritize workload, organized and detail oriented.
Interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
College graduate preferred.

Salary :
$32.98 - $45.35/ hour
