Job Description
Position: Sales Representative
In this position, the sales representative will mainly be part of a core team to focus on the sales growth of new construction-based elevator door entrance system designed, engineered, and manufactured by USDE, including Premium NA, Compact NA for commercial/residential buildings and 40/10 NA for home elevators. Responsible for managing the sales inquiries, leads, answering general product inquiries, processing quotation or sales orders through system and providing after-sales support. The sales representative shall also provide the back-office support for the sales director and sales team. In addition, the sales representative will manage the order fulfillment process of all spare parts orders by USDE.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Process and follow-up on sales inquiries or leads.
- Create sales quotations and/or process order confirmation.
- Provide customers general information and/or technical assistance of the products, including product specifications, list pricing etc.
- Provide administrative and sales back-office support.
- Process quotations and sales orders in ERP system.
- Assist accounting for A/R collection.
- Managing spare parts catalog and orders.
- All other duties and special projects as assigned.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering and/or 2-3 years of equivalent working experience in sales or technical support field.
- Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to details.
- Prior sales or technical service experience, elevator or construction related industries preferred.
- Working knowledge of commercial ERP system, Epicor knowledge preferred.
- Technical aptitude, mechanical engineering or experience preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
