Job Description
Our client headquartered in Ottawa, is a premier IT Cyber Solutions Company, and is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to contribute to our growth and success. The role offers potential for growth and participation in the business as a key decision-maker.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and produce high-quality response documents to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Prepare Task Authorization (TA) packages and similar documents in response to ad hoc or formalized requests.
- Work with consultants to match them with opportunities.
- Monitor, identify and assess bidding opportunities that align with iPSS offerings
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams
- Update and maintain proposal materials
- Format documents, resumes, and matrices as needed
- Participate in decision-making processes and strategic planning sessions which further company goals
Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience working in professional services firm as a proposal writer or proposal manager (public sector preferred).
- Must be eligible to obtain a secret security clearance.
- Knowledge of federal government's procurement system.
- Knowledge of professional services company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality writing and editing services in English. (French an asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Bilingual (English, French) is nice to have.

Location: Onsite, based in Downtown Ottawa
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
