Job Description: IntelliHost is seeking a motivated and results-driven Software Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in driving growth by engaging new clients and building strong relationships. Working primarily with pre-qualified leads from our sales development team, you’ll focus on those who have already expressed interest in our services. This position is ideal for individuals familiar with the unique needs of short-term rental owners or have a passion to learn the industry.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who have hands-on experience owning or managing short-term rentals, as this background provides valuable insights into our clients’ goals and challenges. (Preferred but not required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and nurture warm and hot leads who have filled out lead forms from our online marketing efforts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, applying industry-specific knowledge to establish trust
- Conduct virtual meetings, webinars, and presentations to showcase Intellihost’s SaaS platform, addressing common pain points faced by short-term rental hosts
- Effectively communicate the benefits of IntelliHost solutions, tailoring your approach to the needs of each client
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM
- Work closely with the marketing and sales development teams to optimize lead engagement strategies
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position IntelliHost in the market
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in sales, ideally within SaaS or the real estate/short-term rental industry (Preferred but not required)
- Prior experience as an Airbnb host or short-term rental property manager is highly preferred
- Desire to contribute to building and expanding the sales functions of a fast-paced tech startup
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong commitment to achieving and surpassing targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism

Compensation:
- $30,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions: $100,000 OTE in First Year

- This is a full-time on-site position in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
Note: This position does not currently include health benefits, but will in Q1 of 2025.
