Responsibilities

- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project management and execution of business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing our services and value propositions.
- Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Proven track record in outbound sales with a strong ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets, Record of over-achieving your sales targets.
- Proficient account management, acquisition, upselling and development skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to thrive in a competitive, commission-based role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
