Remote Engagement Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Remote Engagement Representative
Position Summary:
The Remote Engagement Representative (RE) is a virtual digital remote role. The RE Representative responsible for increasing sales in a compliant manner. The RE Representative does this by engaging health care professionals (HCPs) in telephone conversations and virtual interactions to promote assigned client’s product(s), maximizing the product(s)’ with approved indications.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations, with the purpose of influencing customers and increasing product sales in a compliant manner.
  • On behalf of Company, promote Company’s Product(s) via remote engagements via telephone or video / audio (outbound calls) by engaging assigned HCP targets in in-depth discussions to attain individual, territory and company goals for sales, market share, etc.
  • Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals.
  • Maintain call productivity and metrics that are required by program.
  • Effectively and compliantly communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, proper terminology, and approved messaging, and effectively use approved promotional aids.
  • Fully comply with all laws, regulations and Amplity and Company’s Health Policies, Code of Conduct, all privacy and data guidelines and relevant state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed, as this is not a comprehensive list.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required
  • A minimum of 1+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience required
  • A minimum of 3+ years or greater pharmaceutical sales experience a plus
  • Willingness to work multiple time zones when needed
  • CNS experience a plus
  • Successfully meet and complete client training and expectations required
  • Technical aptitude to navigate meeting platforms Zoom, TEAMs, and other remote engagement software required
  • Willingness to travel to in person training meetings if required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong clinical acumen
  • Customer focused
  • Adept at learning, understanding, and communicating complex scientific information
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
