Looking for a motivated full or part-time Customer Service and Sales Representative / Agency Producer for our insurance agency. As our insurance agency continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive self-starter who wants to enjoy a teamwork environment while pursuing their individual goals, including making a positive impact on customers and communities. We are seeking serious employees who want to make a difference and become part of our agency.

Job Description:

- We need a dependable, responsible, self-starter and trustworthy professional seeking a long-term commitment with our insurance agency.

- Must have great teamwork and customer service skills, going beyond just what is required, as we treat our customers like family.

- Must have good interpersonal communication, writing and computer skills, including multi-tasking abilities for this sales related environment.

- Insurance Licenses. If you have your Property and Casualty or Life and Health licenses, it is definitely a perk. However, not required for interview, but must have strong desire to attain licenses as they are required in line of work.

- Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary.

- Salary is dependent on skills, experience and licenses. We are workable on future increases in pay based on performance.
