Exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven sales professional! We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our St. Louis, MO location.
In this role you will:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection, questions, and transactions.
- Utilize product knowledge to make recommendations and upsell additional products and services.
- Maintain neat, orderly, and appealing store displays and merchandising presentations.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Help drive sales goals and create a welcoming, positive environment for customers.
- Assist with inventory control, stocking, and general store operations and maintenance.
The ideal candidate has:
- 1+ years retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
- Strong selling skills and the ability to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Flexible schedule - ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
