Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing all aspects of their relationship with the company.
- Onboard new customers, guiding them through initial setup and providing training on product features.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively reach out to customers showing signs of disengagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage product adoption and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to provide customer feedback for service improvement and product development.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can lead to upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Experience and Skills:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or customer success roles, ideally in a relevant industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet those needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
Wages - $25.10 - $29.90 Hourly
