- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
- Complete special order part request for the customer
- Communicate with customer on parts status
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist technicians, service advisors and walk-in customers by providing pricing and availability as needed
- Accurately order and track needed parts
- Answer phone calls providing assistance and prices as needed
- Process and organize orders for delivery or pick-up
- Ensures all cash, credit, charge and tax exempt sales are processed as required
- Receive and ship parts in accordance with company policies
- Restock inventory daily
- Ensures all returned parts are properly tracked and identified
- Conduct assigned daily perpetual inventory audits
- Keeping things in neat and orderly fashion
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
- GM Parts Experience is preferred
- Able to work flexible schedules and some Saturdays
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
