Responsibilities:
- Live our mission statement
- Promote and sell Lansing's products and services
- Make 8-12 sales appointments daily between established and prospective customers
- Increase sales and profit margins within a geographic territory
- Develop the growth of the branch by consistently securing new business through business-to-business (B2B) sales of siding, windows, and other exterior building products
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships
- Assist and correct customer complaints
- Educate customers on Lansing’s products and services
- Help customers increase business while improving their profits
- Prior B2B outside sales experience in the building products, construction, or wholesale industry (preferred)
- Strong customer service, communication, and social skills
- All-around business professional with exceptional telephone etiquette
- Ability to work individually and on a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Commitment to setting and achieving goals
- History of strong ethics and high integrity
- Guaranteed base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 (Based on Experience) with opportunity for bonus.
- Earning Potential with Commission/Bonus: $125,000 - $150,000
