Our Boudoir Photography Studio is looking for an amazing Customer Success Representative to be the "right-hand hero" to our owner and photographer. You will work closely with our clients through their luxury photography experience as they embark on finding confidence in who they are. Our Customer Success Rep will help us manage and take care of our family of clients through extraordinary customer service and relationship building. They will handle all the details of our client’s experience, manage the studio, schedule appointments, and assist with our client process.

This is a full time, in-person position located in Draper, Utah.

Responsibilities

Client Management:

  • A lot of your time will be spent on the computer, scheduling appointments, managing client communication via text, email, and calls, tracking steps in the client process, and making sure each client is moving through seamlessly.

Studio Organization:

  • Maintain order & cleanliness in the studio, manage studio inventory, make purchases for needed studio supplies.

Written & Verbal Communication:

  • Handle email and text communications with clients and inquiries, set up inquiry calls for leads & our owner, and answer any questions.
  • While most of your work will happen from 9-5, there are days when you will need to send an email or text after hours or over the weekend; particularly if inquiries come in at those times, we need to send contracts, or answer questions for clients.

Client appointments:

  • Meet 1-on-1 with clients for their product pick up and their Style Consult Session to select outfits for their session (you will be trained in this before working with clients).

Event Coordination:

  • Aid in planning and executing studio events to create memorable experiences for our clients and followers.

Content Creation for social media:

  • Help with recording behind the scenes content and creating reels/tiktoks for social media.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling posts for social media, using Canva, social media, and our scheduling software.

General Assistance:

  • Assist before, during, and after boudoir shoots; making sure the studio is tidy and ready for each session.
  • Wash lingerie and sheets after each boudoir session.

Personal Assistance:

  • Assist the owner from time to time with personal tasks; such as making returns, taking the car in for maintenance, setting appointments, etc.

Qualifications

  • Effective time management is crucial for success in this role, requiring the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain structured workflows, adapt to changing priorities, and proactively plan and allocate time to meet objectives efficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach to managing time effectively within a dynamic studio environment.
  • Proactive mindset to identify potential challenges and devise effective solutions; demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in various situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and external contacts; conveying information clearly and compassionately.
  • Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage schedules, appointments, events, and studio inventory, ensuring a well-structured and orderly workflow.
  • Ability to connect with clients on a personal level, empathize with their needs, and prioritize their comfort and satisfaction throughout their experience.
  • Must have experience using the following platforms & softwares: Google Suite, CRM systems, Canva, Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook.
  • Demonstrate high level of professionalism, particularly when handling sensitive information, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
