Position: Fundraising Sales Representative

Location: Ottawa Area

Shifts: Wednesday - Sunday, 10am - 6pm.

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team as a Fundraising Sales Representative. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading our fundraising efforts through kiosk-based sales campaigns, generating funds for our nonprofit partners in the mental health sector.

Responsibilities:

Kiosk Operations:

  • Coordinate the setup and management of kiosks at high-traffic locations.
  • Ensure optimal presentation of our branded apparel and promotional materials.
  • Oversee logistics, including transportation, setup, and breakdown of kiosk equipment.

Sales and Customer Engagement:

  • Serve as the ambassador for our fundraising campaigns, engaging potential customers.
  • Drive sales of our unique mental health-themed apparel, contributing to fundraising goals.
  • Articulate the mission and impact of our nonprofit partners to inspire customer support.

Recordkeeping and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, donations, and inventory.
  • Generate regular reports on fundraising activities, providing insights and recommendations.

Community Outreach:

  • Actively engage with the local community to build awareness and support.

Qualifications:

  • G or G2 license and reliable vehicle.
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Previous experience in sales, fundraising, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for contributing to social impact initiatives, particularly in mental health.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
