We are a faith-based substance abuse treatment facility committed to helping individuals overcome addiction and find lasting recovery. We offer Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) services in a compassionate and supportive environment.
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our outpatient addiction treatment center. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader with a robust background in addiction treatment & mental health services, possessing the ability to guide our clinical team towards providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and effective environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs, services, and interventions to meet the needs of patients and ensure the delivery of high-quality treatment.
- Lead, supervise, and train a multidisciplinary team including therapists, counselors, and case management staff to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage the recruitment, hiring, and ongoing development of clinical staff.
- Oversee patient care processes, ensuring that treatment plans are individualized and evidence-based.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes patient-centered care.
- Maintain a small clinical caseload as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
- Monitor and continuously improve the effectiveness of treatment interventions and clinical services.
- Serve as a liaison between the treatment center, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage the clinical department budget.
- Stay current with advancements in the field and integrate new best practices into the center’s protocols.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist, LSW-S, LCDC-S, LISW-S, LICDC-S, or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within an addiction treatment context.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a multidisciplinary team.
- In-depth understanding of substance use disorders and the latest treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Compassion and a strong commitment to patient care and confidentiality.
- Ability to travel when necessary
Compensation:
