Superior Services RSH is on the lookout for a Roofing Area Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive business, develop innovative solutions, and deliver exceptional service across West and East Michigan. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Represent Superior Services RSH with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process.
- Identify opportunities for meaningful exterior improvements.
- Build and expand your referral network to generate future business.
- Reconnect with past clients to discover new ways to help them with their building needs.
- Create satisfied customers, earn referrals, and build positive reviews for Superior Services RSH.
- Engage in networking and marketing events to develop valuable relationships.
- Continuously refine your sales skills through professional training and development.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- The ability to work independently after training.
- A positive, upbeat attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in roofing or construction is a plus—but not strictly required. We welcome candidates with a background in selling large-scale deals ($200k+) in other industries.
- Comfort with office technology, CRM software, and mobile apps.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to use ladders for building inspections.
- Organizational skills to follow established processes.
