We are looking to hire an experienced sales professional in our Tipp City branch office. Account Manager responsibilities include making daily sales calls, setting staffing targets, implementing new strategies, and generating new leads through marketing and networking. Account Managers are also accountable for cultivating new and strong client relationships, while promoting Patrick Staffing and building our company profile. Finally, they ensure that daily, weekly and monthly recruiting and staffing goals are met with each client account.

Job Qualifications:

Previous sales experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong work ethic
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to make/take ingoing/outgoing service calls
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
HSD or GED required; college degree in a business field preferred
