This role will be focused to identify and develop new business opportunities and work across multiple verticals. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years HR software experience, hunter mentality, problem solver and strategic thinker. Business Development Manager:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking and marketing methods
- Developing new sales areas and markets
- Planning and directing marketing or advertising campaigns
- Collaborating with sales leadership and executive team to meet targets
- Creating sales presentations for potential clients
- Managing contracts
- Addressing client complaints or concerns
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability plan and organize sales presentations, meeting, marketing strategies, and more
- Knowledge in interpreting company financial data and the ability to analyze it
- Familiarity with social media, industry publications, and competitors of the company
- A good understanding of how market research works and what results mean for a business
- Knowledge in preparing sales forecasts
- 2-3 HR Software sales experience
- HR SAAS sales preferred
Compensation:
$50,0000 - $60,000 Base + (Un-capped) Commissions + Annual Bonus
OTE: $100,000
