About the Role:
As a Strategic Account Executive at iSLEEP, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining partnerships with employers, healthcare organizations, and other strategic partners. You will manage relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure our clients are fully supported in their sleep care initiatives. This is a consultative sales role that requires a deep understanding of healthcare, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify new opportunities to expand iSLEEP’s reach within existing accounts and develop new business
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, clinical, fufillment and customer support) to ensure client needs are met and projects are successfully executed
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring they understand and utilize the full range of iSLEEP’s services
  • Provide ongoing education to clients on the value of iSLEEP’s sleep health solutions, clinical outcomes, and cost-saving potential
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions
  • Track and report on key metrics, account status, and business growth opportunities

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in account management, business development, or consultative sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to identify client needs and craft tailored solutions
  • Experience working with health plans, employers, and provider organizations is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Passionate about healthcare and making a positive impact on people’s lives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
