Finance IT Business Analyst

Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Print Services department supporting Individual Investor Transactional Regulatory Output. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, the ability to develop production plans, and experience with vendor management.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Owings Mills, MD (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $40 - $43/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on operational processes such as Individual Investor statements, confirms, print services, or transactional regulatory output production print output.
• Develop production/service plans that align with Individual Investor Regulatory Output objectives.
• Monitor availability of internal resources and propose outsourcing work to vendors when required.
• Conduct regular reporting of operational activities for assigned Individual Investor Regulatory Outputs.
• Ensure the final production for the assigned Individual Investor Regulatory Output conforms to brand standards, includes appropriate regulatory requirements/disclaimers and meets overall quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with a limited stakeholder base.
• Financial or Investment Management experience a plus!
• Experience developing production/service plans that align with objectives.
• Experience with vendor management and outsourcing work when required.
• Ability to conduct regular reporting of operational activities for assigned Individual Investor Regulatory Outputs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure final production conforms to brand standards and meets overall quality standards.
