Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be the face of our business, showcasing how our leading-edge fiber & technology solutions drive our client’s mission forward. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Build Relationships That Matter: Be the face of Consolidated Communications as you connect with C-level decision-makers and business owners through-out New Hampshire. Your knack for relationship-building and high-impact sales will be crucial as you open doors, build trust, and showcase our fiber solutions.
- Drive Success with Every Interaction: Use your consultative sales skills to uncover pain points and present compelling solutions that meet each prospect’s unique needs. As a trusted advisor, you’ll masterfully pre-qualify and close sales in a way that makes a measurable difference.
- Shape Technology Roadmaps for Long-Term Impact: Partner with clients to develop tailored technology roadmaps that align with their mission and vision. By understanding their long-term objectives, you’ll position our solutions as essential components of their growth and success.
- Exceed Expectations: Hit or exceed your sales quotas with a competitive, can-do spirit. Our team thrives on hard work, commitment, and the hustle required to win in a fast-paced industry.

Qualifications
- Proven Sales Achiever: 3+ years of successful direct sales experience, ideally in telecommunications or government sectors, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and expanding territory.
- Strategic Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and key decision-makers, building lasting partnerships that drive long-term success.
- Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a talent for clearly articulating complex solutions in a way that resonates with clients.
- CRM & Data-Driven Expert: Proficiency with Salesforce or similar platforms to track, analyze, and forecast opportunities, ensuring a data-driven approach to sales.
- Entrepreneurial & Goal-Oriented: A resilient, self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the adaptability and drive to seize growth opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
