Reports to: Business Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Sales Ninja to join the homeFree team. In this role, you must be passionate about real estate and making real estate better. You will be responsible for securing new listings, building strong customer relationships with sellers, buyers & partners, and helping grow homeFree across Canada.

You must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and are adept at uncovering customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Your relentless pursuit of success, coupled with your ability to think strategically and adapt quickly, make you an asset to our sales team. Proven sales track record is a must.

Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives. Continuously evaluate market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals, to identify and generate new leads. Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present compelling solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients. Understand their real estate challenges and goals, and position yourself as a trusted educator on real estate and the simplicity of buying or selling a home privately. Maintain regular communication to provide updates, address concerns, and upsell products or services when appropriate.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to educate home sellers or buyers on the value and benefits of homeFree. Customize proposals and presentations to showcase homeFree solutions can meet their specific needs and drive the successful sale of their home.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, effectively addressing objections and concerns to reach the beneficial understanding of how homeFree’s service is second to none when buyers or sellers want to save thousands in commissi0ons and maintain control over the real estate transaction process. Close sales, ensuring all necessary data collection and customer relationship management is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to management and make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
  • Customer Success: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the customer success team to support successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on real estate industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone or chat
  • Resolve customer needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide real estate training and guidance to customers
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers
  • Explain homeFree’s mortgage, legal, appraiser & inspection partners

Customer Success:

· Build strong relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact

· Understand customers' real estate objectives and develop a plan to help them achieve their goals

· Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success

· Work with internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met and issues are resolved

· Build trust and confidence between customers and homeFree

· Reduce stress on clients and offer full support throughout the entirety of the selling or buying experience

Requirements:

· Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets; real estate license/experience and asset but not required.

· Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to build rapport and establish trust with leads

· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

· Ability to think strategically, analyze market data, and adapt sales approaches accordingly.

· Self-motivated and driven, with a resilient and results-oriented mindset.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36,000.00-$44,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

  • Secondary School (preferred)
