The FG HVAC Indoor Air Quality business unit is dedicated to making the world a Safer, Healthier and More Productive Place by providing Pure Air Technologies. The company manufactures a broad range of products that includes both branded and private label HVAC air filters with superior media technology that enables the highest efficiency with the lowest pressure drop. The company’s filter offering includes panel, pleated and mini-pleated filters, among others, that are focused on the highest minimum-efficiency-reporting-values ratings and high-efficiency-particulate-absorbing requirements. Position Summary:
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, The VP of Fulfillment plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the overall customer experience by leading our various Segment Operations Teams with XXX employees across XXX facilities. These teams include Distribution, Logistics, Customer Service, and SIOP and collectively are instrumental in simplifying our customers' experience and enhancing the value propositions offered by our company. Ultimately, our success lies in our ability to provide our customers with an frictionless experience from order placement all the way through to our/their customers’ satisfaction. Customer experience at Filtration Group is measured through multiple KPIs including OTD, Fill Rates, Quality, NPS, etc. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive transformative growth, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction and positioning our brand for long-term success. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Develop Segment Operation Managers to ensure each segment exceeds fulfillment KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and R&D to ensure KPIs are exceeded and Voice of the Customer is at the forefront.
  • Ensure each Distribution Location has a world class culture of safety and engagement.
  • Leverage previous experience and lean principles to drive efficiency in customer service, distribution, logistics, and inventory planning.
  • Implement and manage customer scorecards. Lead change throughout organization to exceed scorecard metrics. Meet with customers to drive collaboration and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer’s experience, reduce waste, and create an effortless customer experience. Drive needed change throughout the global organization.
  • Ensure customer service teams consistently meets the needs of both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers through management processes.
  • Drive optimized order frequency, quantities, and delivery strategies that optimize the customer experience and drives costs down.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with a keen understanding of how to attract and retain top talent.
  • Experience with lean principles and lean leadership methodology.
  • Familiarity with the design and implementation of portal-based sales tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales processes.
  • Proficient in measuring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), systematically assessing their performance against predetermined goal metrics.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to visit customers, team members, and facilities.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
  • Proven work experience in customer facing Logistics or similar role for a manufacturing organization with management experience
  • Track record of results collaborating with sales and operations teams
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key decision makers at all levels of an organization, including Executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with ERP software and data to drive decision making
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including but not limited to pivot tables, x-look ups, charts, and graphs)
  • Experience delivering consultative client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
