We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Operations Associate or Manager. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the individual will play a key role in driving brand awareness and growth by optimizing and executing on brand strategy, marketing initiatives, sales enablement, and sales operations to drive commercial success for Atlas. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing and sales principles in the B2B healthcare sector
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing and Brand Management: Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads; Assist in brand harmonization, messaging development, sales and marketing collateral, tradeshows/conferences and promotional materials; Manage daily administrative tasks, social media channels, relationships with external vendors and agencies to optimize marketing efforts;
- Sales operations: Support managing the CRM system and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information; Streamline and automate sales processes and forecasting in collaboration with the sales team; Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations;
- Analytics and reporting: Track and report on marketing and sales KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI; Develop presentations to senior executives;
- Sales strategy: Support the CCO and sales team in sales strategy and process, including lead generation & prospecting practices;
- Market research: Conduct research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities;
- Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional and external teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing and business initiatives; Provide training and support to sales team on marketing tools and techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Masters preferred.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in marketing and sales operations, preferably in the B2B healthcare industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce CRM systems, Canva, Project Management tools, social media platforms
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to independently drive projects to completion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
