Your Role
Mission
Develop the 3-year business plan and implement the strategic growth plan of OriginAir while being responsible for the P&L of OriginAir within Atlas Copco Compressors LLC.
Roles and Responsibilities
An energetic result driven person with entrepreneurial attitude who is responsible for running the commercial side of our used equipment business. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing, bundling with sales campaigns, promoting, selecting, and purchasing used equipment within the organization that will ultimately be refurbished and sold under the OriginAir program throughout the US and ultimately North America.
Will work closely with the VP BLM equipment, RVP regions and the VP of Technical Operations and closer collaboration with VP BLM CTS.
Development of the marketing and communication strategy. Preparation of marketing materials and literature.
Training and support of the various team sales and service. Proactive purchase of used machines from the market.
Coordination of buy-back projects / trade in program / campaigns together with the regions. Definition of the buy-back and sales pricing for used equipment as a competitive edge.
Management of the inventory and the OriginAir website. Proactive sales management of OriginAir machines throughout the Atlas Copco Customer Centers (Americas).
The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales, operations, and profit targets for
OriginAir North facility in Charlotte, NC and for operations of OriginAir South in Houston, TX.
The achievements will have to be presented on a regular based in business review meetings,
and report monthly achievements to management.
The successful candidate will need to work hand-in-hand with the VP BLM of CTS Sales and the VP of Technical Operations.

Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility
None
Experience
5+ years of relevant field experience in customer center sales, marketing, and operations. Proven ability to organize sales/service projects as well as create and implement a successful business development plan and to handle a demanding workload. Technical knowledge of Atlas Copco equipment is a must. Operational experience is a plus.
Education
Degree level education in Engineering and/or Marketing.
Skills
Must have a strong sales and technical background with relevance to the compressed air industry. Sales experience is a plus. It is also essential to be a motivated, driven, and self-directed team player with a positive attitude. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills are essential. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook. Developing proficiency in other corporate systems such as BPCS, SAP, and Cloud for Sales is also required. Frequent travel will be required.
