Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting businesses with top talent, a strong professional network, and proven experience in sales and business development within the staffing industry. This role involves developing new client relationships, nurturing existing partnerships, and driving revenue growth through customized staffing solutions.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM (with occasional overtime)
Compensation: Starting at $65,000.00
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect & Lead Generation:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients in need of staffing services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and foster long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their staffing needs and business objectives.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Present and sell staffing solutions to potential clients, tailoring offerings to meet their needs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as outlined by the company.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand the agency's footprint within the market.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of client agreements to ensure mutual benefits.
- Work closely with the management team to finalize contracts.
Collaboration with Recruiters:
- Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and with high-quality candidates.
- Maintain clear communication between clients and recruiters to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry, including contract, temporary, and permanent placement services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing network of business contacts in relevant industries.
- Knowledge of local job markets and employment trends.
- Experience with B2B sales in a fast-paced environment.
