Job Description
Shawnda Products, Inc, seeks a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for BUSINESS-TO-BUSNIESS sales, a mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn about technical products in the industrial sector.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing existing distributors, identifying new distribution channels, and directly engaging with Natural Gas Pipeline customers, EPCs, and OEMs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing distributors to drive higher sales volumes.
- Identify and onboard new distributors to expand market reach.
- Cultivate direct sales opportunities with Natural Gas Pipeline customers, EPCs, and OEMs.
- Promote and sell industrial air and gas replacement filter elements as well as ASME code filter vessels.
- Utilize sales strategies and techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
- High school diploma required, some college education preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in email and phone communication.
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in technical products.
- Ability to learn and understand complex projects and products.
- Previous experience in industrial sales or filtration products is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated history of inside sales success is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
