Future Print Services is a privately owned, rapidly growing provider of printer supplies, copier equipment, and managed print solutions to businesses throughout the United States. We are seeking to hire a customer service representative.
You will be responding to handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, delivering shipments, and assisting with general office duties. This position will require flexibility. There will be an ongoing need to shift between sales, administrative support and customer service roles to best support the business.
Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of CRM systems. Experience working in the printer and copier industry is not required but may prove beneficial.
Candidates should be ethical, self-motivated, customer focused, and computer literate. Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to hire and have a valid driver license.

Full time 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday. Part time applicants will be considered.$14-$16 per hour based on experience (DOE) plus benefits.
