Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Identify potential customers and develop strategies to approach and engage them
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor pipeline progress
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology-related field
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to understand complex technical solutions and effectively communicate their value to customers
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage leads and track sales activities
