Role Overview:
We are currently looking for a Vice President of Sales & Marketing in an exciting role that will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and shaping the brand image of Spirit Healthcare Group. Reporting directly to the CEO, The VP of Sales and Marketing will lead strategic initiatives to achieve annual revenue targets, foster brand loyalty, and ensure long-term profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Set strategic direction for all sales and marketing activities with the goal of meeting revenue targets.
- Owning the P&L of all revenue-generating functions, forecasting sales budgets, and aligning sales and marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Structure and define the company brand strategy that tells the story of Spirit Healthcare Group and its community impact.
- Owning specific company-level KPIs including 4-quarter forecasting.
- Scheduling and leading partnership discussions with large organizations to continue to grow sales effectively.
- Implement customer-centric initiatives to drive revenue growth and leverage resources effectively.
- Drive quarterly and annual revenue goal attainment while reporting projections and forecasts.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire the sales team to deliver their best work.
- Manage, coach, and build a team of Account Executives, and Customer Success members to achieve financial objectives.
- Ensuring the customer’s experience, needs, and wants are clearly and regularly communicated to Product Development and Engineering functions, while also protecting the brand throughout the product development roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing with proven experience leading successful sales teams and building effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Strong strategic thinking and change management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
