What We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate will have the opportunity to follow a proven and effective sales process, supported by regular coaching and development. As an SDR, you'll play a critical role in driving our sales success by prospecting and booking high-quality meetings for our AE team with new prospects nationwide. They will report to the VP of Sales and be responsible for delivering and bringing SPOTIO's compelling story to life through outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. This is a hybrid position based out of our Addison office, requiring in-office work two days per week.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Cold calling experience
- Earned a 4 year college degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS startup preferred
- Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce preferred
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- Characteristics like grit, strong work ethic, coachable, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on self-development will also be recognized and rewarded
