Job Description
NETWORK SYSTEMS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Oversee information technology departments and other systems of data storage and communication.
- Establish and maintain necessary security measures for all network locations.
- Maintain satellite office remote connections.
- Coordinate the maintenance and installation of all hardware needs with all the network locations and the cloud services.
- Ensure that all the software is current and up to date for all authorized and approved applications utilized.
- Establish and maintain all permissions policies and authorizations of the users and administrators of the system.
Qualifications:
- Must have Computer Systems and Information Technology management experience.
- Experience with ERP.
- Knowledge of all accounting related software including Lacerte, Drake, QuickBooks, EasyAcct, Accounting CS, Microsoft Office, and Google products.
- Familiar with Hardware and software management; including Server management and Cloud management.
- Experience with Manufacturing, Hospital, and Construction systems management and software.
- Bilingual, Spanish speaking required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer information technology required.
