Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager focused on the beverage alcohol, food, and FMCG sectors, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our agency. Leveraging your industry expertise and network, you will identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and develop tailored marketing solutions to meet the unique needs of clients in these sectors. With a collaborative approach and a commitment to excellence, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative campaigns that resonate with consumers and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the beverage alcohol, food, and FMCG industries. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client portfolio.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and decision-makers. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and ensure high client satisfaction.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized marketing solutions that align with client objectives, target audience preferences, and market trends. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on industry insights and consumer behavior.

Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations that communicate our agency’s capabilities, expertise, and value proposition. Tailor proposals to address the specific needs and objectives of clients in the beverage alcohol, food, and FMCG sectors.

Project Management: Oversee the execution of client campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the beverage alcohol, food, and FMCG sectors. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

Networking and Industry Engagement: Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and actively participate in industry associations and organizations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably within the experiential marketing industry or related sectors (beverage alcohol, food, FMCG).

Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of the beverage alcohol, food, and FMCG industries, including market dynamics, consumer trends, and regulatory environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions effectively.

Strategic thinker who can develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.

They are highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
