Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of potential students while also identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. Student experience and customer service are our top priority. We are raising the bar in the home inspection industry and each student that graduates from our school is a representative of the A-Train Academy name. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for selling qualifying education courses, continuing education course and lead generation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
- Manage and execute outbound calls to potential students
- Handle inbound calls resulting from marketing initiatives and follow ups.
- Follow up on leads via phone, email, and text to maximize conversation rates.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and statuses in the Zoho CRM.
- Sales Presentations and Product Knowledge:
- Attend job/career fairs to gain prospects for email lists and hit sales targets.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products/services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
- Track sales metrics and report on progress regularly.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing to refine strategies and messaging based on prospect feedback.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Be a part of the team and participate in team lunches and events
Qualifications

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using customer service software, CRMs, Microsoft Products, and various communication tools.
· Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
· Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
· $20-$22 per hour plus compensation
