Career Start is currently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Entry Level Outside Sales Representative in Maddison, WI. In this role, you’ll attend company scheduled events, interact with potential customers, and help them save money on their TV, phone, and internet bills. Shift: Monday through Friday, 8am to finish (Usually around 5:30 or 6:30pm) Weekend events are available on Saturday and Sunday to increase sales and receive higher commissions as well!

Pay of Entry Level Outside Sales Representative:

Base pay: $500 to $700/week
Commission: Earn anywhere from $25 to $700/sale
After 6 weeks on the job: the average sales rep makes $1,100/week with the top performer making $3,500/week
Promotion/Pay Increase: Top performers are promoted and receive pay increase within 4 to 6 months

Responsibilities of Entry Level Outside Sales Representative:

Event Engagement: Attend company scheduled events to meet potential customers and explain how they can save on TV, phone, and internet services.
Customer Consultation: Provide one-on-one consultations to understand customers’ needs and recommend the most cost-effective plans for TV, phone, and internet services.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions available, ensuring you provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Sales & Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by converting prospects into satisfied customers. Actively follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
Customer Education: Help customers understand the benefits of bundled packages and additional features, guiding them through the process of selecting, setting up, and managing their services.
Brand Representation: Represent the company in a professional manner at all events and customer touchpoints, promoting the brand’s values and mission.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up.

Requirements of Entry Level Outside Sales Representative:

Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to engage with a wide range of customers, explain complex information in a simple manner, and build strong rapport.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently at events and on the go.
Aptitude for identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Energetic, upbeat personality that connects well with others.
Sales experience is preferred but not required
