With 30 years of experience, Process Color, a Calgary based wide-format printing company is looking for a CSR/Junior Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic and creative team. We are looking for a full-time experienced CSR/Junior Sales Representative who is hungry to grow and evolve within the organization to potentially move into an Account Manager role, and then up to a Key Account Manger role or Commissioned Sales role.

The CSR will be tasked with working closely with the Key Account Managers and respective reseller portfolios to provide clients with world class customer service. Your main duties will be to complete incoming client orders and to manage the process of quote to product delivery as efficiently and accurately as possible.

As an experienced Customer Service professional understand how to enhance the client experience and you carry a lot of enthusiasm, you are detailed orientated and very effective in managing your time.

Principal Responsibilities Include:

Data entry of work orders
Complete orders for clients
Work with internal stake holders
Coordinate with estimating and production to effectively track order status
Client follow up and experience survey

Required Skills and Experience:

Experienced conversationalist via phone
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Attention to detail
Understand quotation systems
Highly positive and motivated individual with customer focus
Self-motivated
Ability to self-management in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales experience (Minimum of: 2 Years)
Ability and desire to learn, grow and develop
