We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Telecommunications Fiber Design Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales for our cutting-edge fiber design team and our best-in-class solutions in the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our client base, creating and communicating an accurate forecast, identifying opportunities for growth, and promoting our state-of-the-art fiber design services to telecommunications companies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales and Business Development:
· Generate new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the telecommunications sector.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies.
2. Product Knowledge:
· Demonstrate a deep understanding of our telecommunications fiber design services, including technical specifications, benefits, and applications.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the market.
3. Client Consultation:
· Conduct client needs assessments to understand their specific requirements and challenges.
· Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and provide maximum value.
4. Proposal Development:
· Prepare and present compelling proposals that showcase the benefits of our fiber design services.
· Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive proposals.
5. Market Analysis:
· Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and gaps in the telecommunications fiber design space.
· Develop, maintain and communicate accurate, timely sales forecasts to the leadership team and Operations leaders.
· Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team to support strategic decision-making.
6. Collaboration:
· Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
· Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and market intelligence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years proven track record of successful sales in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on fiber design services.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to fiber optic telecommunications.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
