Job Description:
As a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch patient care by conducting various clinical laboratory tests, analyzing results, and providing accurate data to assist in medical diagnosis and treatment. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing a wide range of laboratory tests, including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology.
Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments.
Ensuring compliance with quality control and quality assurance procedures.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate test results.
Maintaining accurate records of all tests and procedures.
Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field for Medical Technologists (MT).
Associate's degree or certification from an accredited MLT program for Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT).
