Position Title: Sr Account Executive

FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Reports to:

Date: May 3rd, 2024

Position purpose

This role acts as an integral part of the leadership team and is responsible for cultivating new business within commercial sectors.

Essential Position Functions:

● Cultivating new commercial construction/renovation opportunities.

● Continue existing relationships with the clients.

● Working with the marketing department to develop and grow the clientele.

● Meeting with the clients to access their needs and provide needed support.

● Ongoing clientele support and development.

Required Skills:

● Business Development relationship building experience.

● Knowledge of commercial construction/renovation.

● Strong Research Skills.

● Strong communication skills and personal values.

● Construction business development

● B2B sales

● Hubspot

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

  • Commercial construction: 3 years (Required)
  • Senior-living renovation: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Hospitality renovation: 1 year (Preferred)

Location:

  • Phoenix, AZ (Preferred)

Work Location: Remote
