Position Overview:

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Pest-X Exterminating, your primary responsibility will be to handle all inbound sales calls and webforms for our various branches. Your role will encompass managing lead generation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Additionally, you will engage in administrative duties to support the sales function and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound sales calls and webforms across multiple branches, addressing customer inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales success through adept utilization of both scripted techniques and spontaneous, authentic interactions.
  • Oversee lead management processes, ensuring timely entry and follow-up on leads through our lead management system.
  • Manage customer cancellation inquiries by identifying the underlying reason for their decision to cancel services and devising strategies to keep their business.
  • Handle customer service inquiries via various channels including phone, webforms, and social media platforms.
  • Respond to reviews on review sites such as Google and Yelp, ensuring prompt and professional communication with customers.
  • Utilize and monitor chat on web pages to engage with potential customers and address their needs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to develop and update sales scripts, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in the training of support staff as the department expands.
  • Implement remarketing strategies and upsell opportunities to existing customers to drive sales growth.
  • Assist in filling in for branch duties as needed, including handling existing customer calls during peak times or staff absences.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Team player with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary based on experience ($37,000+)
  • Performance-based commission, bonuses, and incentives
