If you enjoy interacting with customers, are gifted with, and have a history of success in sales; and have worked in a commission-only based sales environment, we would love to speak with you!
You have a history of very strong customer interaction & sales skills; you are a fussy, detail-oriented professional, and you are not afraid of technology for quoting and submitting paperwork, or managing a CRM database. You are teachable, coachable, and a team player that enjoys a sense of family as a work culture, but you also know the value of a solid day’s work and how to support the rest of your team by contributing accordingly. We are a BUSY Design-Build Renovation & Custom Home Builder with many projects on the go around Calgary and surrounding communities. We are locally owned, and have been operating in Calgary for the past 25 years, we have a fabulous cross-section of young, middle aged and mature team-mates. All of us have one thing in common; we help each other succeed every single day; we do that by supporting each other.
You might be the kind of Sales Professional that has tried to run your own renovation or small business or come from a home builder in professional sales, and you are just tired of chasing clients, trying to collect your invoices, and simply need a change where you bring the joy back to your profession; sound good so far?! We offer a 90-day base salary for onboarding and training, and then offer a competitive commission structure, along with Health Benefits and continuous inbound customers looking to renovate or build with Calgary’s best team. If you have tenacity, discipline, strong networking skills for self-gen leads, and have big dreams that includes a large 6 figure income, we invite you to join our sales team and help transform our amazing customers and their families lives by renovating or building their homes with outstanding aesthetics and design.
