Position Overview
As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with and providing solutions to business clients across various industries. You’ll actively promote BizzTitan’s unique portfolio of offerings. This role is focused on relationship-building, consultative selling, and delivering measurable value to our B2B partners.
We Welcome freshly graduated individuals and willing to provide necessary training and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Prospecting: Identify and approach potential business clients, presenting BizzTitan's unique B2B solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Relationship Development: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with B2B clients, maintaining a customer-focused approach at every step.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategic sales initiatives, achieving monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations, understand clients' goals, and offer tailored solutions from BizzTitan’s range of B2B services.
- Networking & Business Development: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand BizzTitan's presence and your professional network in Kelowna and beyond.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities in our CRM, ensuring consistent follow-ups and data integrity.
What You Bring
- B2B Sales Expertise: Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally 2+ years), with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Is an Asset for not required.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to establish trust and connect with diverse business clients.
- Customer-Centric Focus: A deep commitment to understanding client needs and providing value-driven solutions.
- Ambitious & Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets in a competitive B2B market.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and a quick learner for new platforms.
- Local Insight (Preferred): Familiarity with Kelowna’s business landscape and a network of local contacts is an asset.

Pay: $36,394.74-$117,776.45 per year
