Job Title: Manager of Quality Control – Inspire Solar

Position Overview:

As the Manager of Quality Control at Inspire Solar, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our commitment to delivering top-notch customer experience through rigorous quality control measures. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for ensuring the highest standards of quality in alignment with the best sales practices. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team and collaborate seamlessly across departments to integrate quality control seamlessly into our sales and operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Quality Control Integration:

o Infuse a quality-centric approach into the solar sales lifecycle, aligning best sales practices with stringent quality control measures.

o Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to integrate quality checkpoints at every stage of the process.

· Process Optimization:

o Identify areas within the sales process where quality control can be enhanced to ensure the customers have top notch level of service, transparency and communication.

o Implement efficient quality control processes that align with the speed and agility required in a sales-driven environment.

· Training and Development:

o Develop and deliver training programs to the sales team, emphasizing the importance of quality control and its positive impact on customer satisfaction based on any trends identified from quality assurance measures that you implement.

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing learnings into the sales process.

· Sales Performance Metrics:

o Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales quality, ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds established benchmarks.

o Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the quality of customer interactions.

· Customer-Centric Quality:

o Collaborate closely with customer service teams to gather feedback and insights, using this information to enhance sales strategies and refine quality control processes.

o Implement measures to ensure that customer expectations align seamlessly with the delivered solar solutions.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o Work closely with sales, operations and our call center customer to ensure a cohesive approach that integrates quality control into every aspect of the customer journey.

o Establish and maintain clear communication channels to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, sales management, etc.).

· Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a sales-driven environment of the solar industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· In-depth knowledge of sales processes and best practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Position Type: Fulltime

Pay – 80k - 120k+ range based on level of experience.
