Job Summary:
The Junior Sales Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing order processing, analyzing sales data, assisting with project management, and coordinating sales-related events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

ORDER PROCESSING:

  • Manage and oversee the complete order lifecycle, from input to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, finance, and logistics teams resolve order discrepancies and streamline processes.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the order process.

REPORT ANALYSIS:

  • Create and maintain sales dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs), including pipeline, bookings, and revenue metrics.
  • Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to support decision-making.
  • Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity within the CRM and other sales tools.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

  • Assist in sales projects, including client facing engagement, CRM enhancements, sales process optimization, and new tool implementations.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

EVENT COORDINATION:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales-related events, including trade shows, customer meetings, and internal sales kickoffs.
  • Partner with Marketing to prepare event materials, promotional assets, and logistics.
  • Measure and report on the success of events, providing insights for future improvements.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales operations team as needed.
  • Maintain and organize sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role (internship experience will be considered).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools (e.g., CPQ, ERP systems, QuickBooks).
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Experience coordinating events or managing logistics.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
