Home and Farms Realty is seeking an experienced and motivated Realtor to join our growing team. As a Realtor with our company, you will help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and agricultural properties in our local market. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a strong client base through networking, marketing, and referrals
- Provide expert guidance to buyers and sellers on market conditions, pricing, and negotiation strategies
- Conduct property tours and open houses for potential buyers
- Prepare and present competitive market analyses to determine property values
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings
- Negotiate purchase agreements and handle all aspects of real estate transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and market trends
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Active real estate license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Realtor
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
- Strong knowledge of local residential and agricultural property markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in real estate technology and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $94,546.63 - $400,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Required)

- Real Estate License (Required)
Work Location: In person
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Great communication and social skills
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
