REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
- Experience and knowledge of Plumbing or Fire Sprinkler/Fire protection sales
- Professional and friendly.
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service and build business relationships.
- Sales in plumbing and/or fire experience
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with calling new potential Customers and existing Customers to maintain relationship and assist with future orders.
- Handles will call/sales functions in a professional manner for counter customers by providing prompt and efficient service to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
- Helping customers locate desired products, promoting, and selling products.
- Obtain orders, planning, and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Must be comfortable with cold-calling to earn new business and conversant enough to be able to explain a product.
