KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Internet Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers seeking information, assistance, and purchasing opportunities through our online platforms. This dynamic role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who can create a seamless and engaging online shopping experience while driving sales growth and brand loyalty. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.
- Respond to internet leads, inquiries, and online chat requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication with customers through various online channels to ensure high levels of engagement.
- Utilize the dealership's CRM tools to manage and track all interactions with potential buyers, converting leads into sales.
- Create promotional content, videos, and virtual tours to showcase inventory.
- Keep up-to-date with the dealership's inventory, including new, pre-owned, and certified vehicles, along with their features, specifications, and pricing.
- Develop a strong understanding of financing options, warranties, and service plans to effectively address customer questions.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person appointments, offering personalized guidance and assistance through the sales process.
- Guide customers through online sales tools and applications, ensuring they have a smooth and hassle-free buying experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout each step of the online sales journey, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, handling issues professionally to build long-lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in internet sales, customer service, or a related field (preferably in the automotive industry).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM software, online sales platforms, and social media marketing.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate online inquiries.
