We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. It will be your primary responsibility to maintain relationships and day-to-day activities with our existing customers. Utilizing our Android hardware solutions, you will leverage managed services and MDM/UEM to build on existing customer relationships and support sales activities. The ideal candidate has a combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their business goals, challenges and pain points and work with the Director of Enterprise Solutions to propose technology solutions to fit their needs. Become well versed in the company’s offerings to identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Sales Enablement: Attend client meetings, identify and execute action items, manage day-to-day sales support activities for an existing base of customers and prospects. Provide sales quotes, sample devices, proposal support, technical documentation and work to triage customer questions routing to the appropriate team within the company.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the Director of Enterprise Solutions and own Annual Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews for the customer base. Gather information from the CRM/Enterprise Services to present to customers and work to identify areas of opportunity for additional growth. Assist with the identification of target accounts and personas.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and CRM records.
- Product and Solution Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Social Mobile’s products and solutions. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position and differentiate the company’s products and services.
- Customer Service and Support: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing post-sales support and assistance as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve any issues or concerns promptly, and maintain a long-term customer relationship.
- Employees will be required to adhere to Social Mobile's information security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of business development, account management, or sales support experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Knowledge of the mobility industry
- Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot
- Experience utilizing Microsoft suite
- Ability to execute presentations and proposals specific to the client’s needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives
- Knowledge of the company’s industry, products, and services
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic work environment
